      image Contacted them for a phone consultation on how to start the immigration process with their assistance. They took our information and scheduled us only to cancel the entire case with us only 1 hour before our consult. They were "too busy". Apparently not busy enough to get everyone's hopes up and take our money (they did refund at least). Very unprofessional.
      Edited as response: Original contact to this Law office was Jan 31st where we were told they could help us. Then a consultation was set up of Friday the 23rd. Two chances that we could have been told they could not help us.

Upon reviewing my afternoon consultations, I asked my assistant to immediately contact you because we are not currently handling these types of cases. We left you a voicemail and sent a text message around noon today to inform you of this and proceeded to refund your consultation fee.Our office should not have scheduled your consultation in the first place, as we are not taking these type of cases at this time, and of course, I had a conversation with the front desk staff who took your call. My intention was to save you time by notifying you as soon as possible, which is why we made the early call, sent the text, and issued the refund.
