Hired Jeremiah to replace my retaining wall. Wall is a foot lower than agreed upon, sidewalk is destroyed because they ruptured the gas line to the house, wall is not complete and an unauthorized charge was made to my account. After much prodding, wall was raised to the agreed upon height. Jeremiah really needs to learn to communicate with customers. I could not get a response to repeated emails, text messages, or calls. In the end, the wall looks good but the overall experience was very frustrating.

I had to install new sod in my front yard. Jeremiah's company was very accommodating to install the new sod using best practices: They removed the previous grass and weed, then prepared the ground and layered new top soil before laying down the new sod. They were very careful addressing any potential impact to the already installed irrigation system. I am satisfied with Jeremiah's service and it is great that a Decatur young entrepreneur is growing his business. Service: Sod installation

He was chosen by our builder to to install our irrigation system. After a few months we had multiple issues. He refused to respond to text messages or phone calls and ultimately our builder had to get involved. He flat out told me he does not warranty his work and would fix the issues, but would charge me for it. This guy is dishonest and doesn't appreciate the business. Save yourself the trouble and choose any other company. Don't support companies like this. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

We used Jeremiah's Landscape Service this fall to build a decorative retaining wall, and to regrade and sod our backyard. Due to unexpected events, we had to interrupt the construction schedule on the day that Jeremiah and his crew were to start work. Jeremiah was extremely understanding and was so accommodating in rescheduling our work, despite the difficulties that it must have caused. Jeremiah was very helpful in presenting us the choices we had for both wall construction and sod, and he and the crews worked efficiently to complete the work. Service: Sod installation
