Finally provided me a decision on how much my balance was 1 MONTH after I asked and charged fees and interest during said month, despite my good-natured, continued followup. Will take their sweet time to tell you your balance and will charge you for that time.

        This firm (Julie, specifically) is rude as hell. Based off the other reviews, this has been true for the last 5+ years. It is a wonder that she is still employed. I call/ email to try to ask questions and resolve a debt and was greeted with an attitude and unhelpful, unreasonable responses. Im just ready to resolve this so I dont have to deal with them anymore.

        Lanier Coulter is an unprofessional lawyer. He made accusations against me without performing due diligence. I proved him wrong and no apology was given. Laughable leadership. He refused to answer any of my questions which proved my side. Stay away from this incompetent lawyer and firm. You can read the reviews.
