        1st I wanna say there was a time where I made two payment in one mth and the manager took both payments as interest when one was spouse to go to interest and other payment was spouse to be to title and also I paid it off and they told me that they would have the title in 7days and its going on 3 weeks and nothing and not returning my calls I will never go back to this place

        These people are crooked do not take loans from these people. I have paid these people off over 2 1/2 years ago and they claim they lost the title and they cant find it. It doesnt take 2 1/2 years to get a duplicate title. This is a crooked company. Do not take anything from them. They will hold your title for no reason they did not even release the title lien even though its been paid off over 2 1/2 years ago.

        THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THESE PEOPLE DONT TAKE THE TIME TO RESEARCH THEIR OWN TECHNICAL ERRORS. THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CHALLENGE THEM TO TAKE THE EXTRA STEP IN FIGURING OUT A SOLUTION. DONT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH AT ALL. THEY HAVE BEEN HARASSING ME FOR THE PAST MONTH AND A HALF OVER A PAYMENT THAT WAS SENT TO THEM. TRAINING AND BUSINESS ETTIQUETE IS MISSING. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.
