        We've had another great experience! This is our first product. Kerwin was very helpful! Had a misunderstanding, Kerwin was able to resolve the issue so that it was fair to both parties.

        Raidys was professional throughout the whole ordering and manufacturing experience. She was kind and knowledgeable and truly deserves a promotion. Also, Nutricap is a great partner and supplier. They manufacture products quickly and also have a great customer service.

        In the early stages of developing a product with them, and the customer service and support from their Lead Development Sales Representative, Preema, has been exceptional. My only concern is the lead times of 10-12 weeks to get a batch ready for shipping, but regardless, I'm really looking forward to the rest of the process with them.
