        I was introduced to Empire Ears by a few musicians in the Atlanta area, and I have absolutely no disappointments. Dylan Earnhardt welcomed me into the family. Dylan took the time to not only introduce their products, but he gave history on the company and made me feel welcomed.         What a horrific experience. Called to make an appointment. Josh, the employee who I drove an hour to meet, would NOT work with me because I would not wear a mask and I refused to tell him my va((ination status. INSANE. Silver Lining: Thank God I went to J.H. Audio out of Florida. The owner is LIGHTYEARS ahead in every avenue (service, PRODUCT is unreal...just check the list of real artists who use them. Stay far, far, far away from this one.
