My wife has used this service for 2 years. The service technicians are very good and professional. However, trying to get ANYBODY on the phone at their Norcross location is next to impossible. Leave a message? Nobody returns your call. Stay on hold listening to the same songs drone on and on is the norm until after 15 minutes or so you hang up in disgust. Call back and after 3 or 4 times maybe someone answers. Then they make you feel like they're doing you a favor. Ridiculous!

I have had too many issues with them that's not called for they don't listen to my concern about anything talking can lie and will lie in your face. They said everything they got to said but not hear what you trying to say. It's not that many oxygen companies that deliver so they feel like you need them and that they can get away with miss treating certain customers. They are all very unprofessional. I talk better to my dogs than the way they talk to people. I was given care medical from the hospital. When I was released....they are rude and disrespectful at the Atlanta Norcross and fayetteville, Ga location.....they talk to you any type of way!!! Please take your business somewhere else..I don't recommend them to anyone. The only thing they got going on good is there delivery driver's...Ben and a few more...

My grandma just recently got her power chair and is still getting used to it. This evening she got her cord caught in the wheels and the plastic connector broke. I called and the rep said hed pass my concern over to the on call guy. Not 5 minutes after the call disconnected did I receive a call. It was Ben Alexander. He instructed me on how to hook up the portion of the tubing directly to the thank, and advised he would be there in 10 minutes. He came with replacement pieces, hooked them up, and also educated me on the maintenance of the machine. Ben also showed me how to hook up the portable tank, realizing the one we had was broken he swapped it out. I told him Im a visual learner, so he allowed me to record the process. He left me replacement tubing and parts, changed the filter, and even joked with my grandma about slowing down in her chair and to be careful hitting doughnuts. She laughed and felt better about her mishap. He made sure I had his direct line in case we needed any further assistance. He was not the rep who delivered the tank originally, he made sure I knew everything clearly. I was not given this much information and care by previous employees. Customer service has not been the best across the board due to the pandemic, but Ben was great! Im so happy he enjoys his job, because it definitely shows in his work and service.
