I found this practice and scheduled an appointment online with Jaclyn. The next day my appointment request was declined. No big deal, I scheduled another one.. this time for a further out date. I received email and text confirmations 2 days before, 1 day before, and the day of my second appointment. I joined the link 5 minutes before my appointment time. After waiting 35 minutes, I called the practice. The woman who answered said that Jaclyn isnt seeing clients today. She offered no apology or reason why I wasnt notified of this change. She seemed annoyed and not at all understanding of the situation. What a waste of time and really unprofessional.

Jacky has been a Godsend for me. My interactions with her have only been positive and has encouraged me to make changes in my life that I could not have done otherwise. Thank you with all my heart for getting me back to where I need to be.

Jackie ghosted me. I called and emailed attempting to schedule with her for weeks, then finally the receptionist Raichelle informed me that Jackie did not want to work with me anymore. Jackie also failed to offer an explanation as to why. Would not recommend her at all. I felt we built a good rapport and trust, so she completely let me down. She created the illusion of a safe, non-judgmental, and available space. But something clearly went wrong, and again she lacked the decency to even respond to me herself. I found it be cowardly and unprofessional. And I would not have expected this from a therapist. I have not worked with any other therapist in the practice, but I certainly would not recommend Jackie.

This practice is exceptional in every way! They exceeded my expectations in regards to their groups and what they offer in the community. Their response time is amazing. I would refer anyone looking to manage their anxiety to look no further!
