        Always enjoy the food. Best prime rib in the area. Fried shrimp is surprisingly good being far from coast. Creme Brulee is very good as well. Service is always top notch.

        I was seated quickly due to it not being busy but unfortunately no one ever came to take my order.

        We had dinner at The Crossing tonight. My husband and I shared a Cowboy Ribeye cooked medium rare. It was difficult to cut for both of us. There was a lot of gristle in the steak. I spoke with our server and pointed out the steak was tough and had excess gristle. He said they come that way sometimes. From his attitude (very nice server) this must happen more than occasionally.
