DO NOT PURCHASE AMEX Gift Cards for your business through INCOMM. Their customer service is not based in the US and they do NOT provide you with the contact information for their corp office. My GC's were stolen from my front door and I have sent proof on camera, police report and have made 10 calls already. It has been over 3 months and today I finally received a FedEx package with ONE card for $25. My gift cards were over $700 and were gifts for my employees at Christmas. I had to reorder them and pay again. This company is a scam and will be reported to BBB. I am so outraged at how I've been given the runaround. Visa now has my company business.

Anyone who logs in and provides information gets their credit card used without authorization. All the cards used were denied, even though they are debit cards with the bank. Almost immediately the cards began to get charges from askexpert.com and other bs vendors. This happened to all 3 cards used with vanillagiftcard site. They should be investigated. Fraudulent use of any card you use on this site. FRAUD, DO NOT USE!

I firmly believe this company specializes in theft through fraud related to debit, credit and gift cards. Just try to contact them and see what happens.
