        Chanel was incredibly rude and unhelpful on the phone. My order took over an hour to arrive and when I called to inquire I was told all of the deliveries were out and had to ask if she was able to reach out to the driver for an eta. I was placed on hold for another 5 minutes before getting an answer. There was no apology or anything regarding my wait time. I have ordered jimmy Johns frequently from many locations and will not be returning to this one.

        Horrible experience I ordered from here only because they promote fast delivery but I waited 1 hour and a half and my driver never showed up eventually he called saying he ran out of gas and cannot complete the order which is extremely unprofessional once I called for my refund the lady on the phone said it will take 3 days to refund my money for food I did not receive.... this location is being run Horribly and I would not suggest anyone to waste they're time or money I would leave 0 stars if I could ...unacceptable!!!!!

        Had a terrible experience the Manager talked to me crazy like she had a personal issue with a customer. When I walked up to the counter to place my order she had an attitude. I will no longer order food from this place.
