Working with Teri and Nina was the best decision I feel my husband and I could have ever made! They were both so accommodating, knowledgeable, and amazing to work with. My husband and I work in healthcare and worried about missing out on home opportunities with open houses often being on weekends, however Nina and Teri made sure to get us into homes regardless of the time of day. I bought and sold a home using Teri as my realtor and could not have had a better experience. During the sale of our home she listened closely to our timeline concerns and worked meticulously to ensure the sale of our home and the purchase of the new home lined up perfectly. She went out of her way to follow up persistently with other parties that were dragging their feet during the sale of our home. While buying/selling a home is very stressful, I always felt like Teri had complete control of the situation. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
