He worked closely with the loan mortgage company and created a friendly relationship that allowed us to have quick turnaround on documents we needed. He found us our perfect home! I honestly felt that helped us seal this deal! Then, we moved quickly to put our existing house up for sale. Richie organized a premium photographer that also used a drone to capture the beauty of our backyard and neighborhood. We had a few neighbors reach out and say our home looked so beautiful in the pictures they would sell their home to move in! HA! We received an offer before the end of the weekend and we're delighted! Richie worked with the buyers to make sure everything was smooth.
