Absolutely wonderful experience working with Tara and her team. Entire process was smooth and Tara and Anna were always quick to respond if we had any questions. It was daunting being a first time home buyer, but Tara and team made it easy. Always very kind and professional and the entire experience could not have gone better. Closing was quick and the ease of everything helped take the stress out of the loan process. Would very highly recommend working with them to anyone.

Tara and her team (shout out to Anna) was very helpful in the home buying process. They were on top of their game every step of the way. As long as you provide all the documents they requested there was never any delay. I would recommend Tara and her team to everyone I know. They were all very accommodating and responsive to any and all questions we had (and I had some pretty out there questions). They were patient and just a pleasure to work with. While I never got to meet Tara and her team, I felt like they had my back. It wasn't about business to them. It was about getting me a home. So thank you!

We closed on our home nearly one year ago. Still, here I am to give Tara a review (on Yelp and on Google).  I have never forgotten.  Tara and her team provided us with exceptional service.  They quickly pre-qualified us and going over and beyond, helped us to close on our home in a shorter amount of time than is the norm.  After closing, she sent us a very thoughtful and extremely useful closing gift.  She's organized,detail oriented, communicates clearly and is open to questions.  We definitely, would recommend her to anyone.  We think she is the best!

Tara and her team were terrific throughout our first-time homebuying experience. They helped walk us through the process from start to finish, and their speedy and thorough work helped us get a home we wanted. The intown Atlanta neighborhoods where we were looking are competitive and fast-moving markets. When sellers consider offers, they are looking not only at the dollar amount; they are also looking for a buyer who has rock-solid financing and can get through the closing process smoothly. Tara and her team walked the talk as far as moving quickly, in large part because they are a local lender that had great working relationships and lines of communication with our realtor. (And their rates are competitive with big box lenders.) In our offer for the house we bought, we said we could close in three weeks. Our friends and family were amazed and maybe a bit skeptical at this ambitious timeline, but Tara's team seamlessly helped make it happen.

So I use YeLp to locate a mortgage group that I thought would assist with a loan. I'm usually on yelp for assistance with meals but this time, I thought I'd use this app and seek assistance from fellow yelpers for something more. Of course, I rely on reviews in making a decision on who to go with. Stumbled upon this mortgage group as they're located in the same vicinity as my current residence so I decided to reach out. Reached out not only  because of their 5 star rating but their positive reviews and comments. Fast forward- after submitting to them all necessary docs, a week goes by without any communication or update...so I text their loan assistant, Stephanie for update and unfortunately no reply. All I'm simply requesting is an update and better communication regarding our loan status. It's been a couple weeks and couple weekends but still haven't received a pre-qual letter. I've reached out to other brokers since and they were surprised that it was taking so long for a letter. The only communication was over a week ago when Stephanie confirmed - based on the submitted docs, everything looked good and we'd qualify for the loan amount we were seeking. So where is our update if that's the case?! This experience thus far has been nothing but frustrating and will most likely pass on yelp's assistance other than locating a good meal.
