        The underwriting department for this company is at best incompetent and at worst straight up fraudulent. We have now missed closing three times because of an underwriter who simply cannot or will not read a document. He has asked for the same document seven times and has yet to actually open said documents. The supervisors and account managers are useless and even admitted that this underwriter has been noted for extremely poor performance. Do NOT use this company. They are only out to expire rate locks so they can jack up the price of the loan.
