They need to first train their Technicians before they send them to the site to Diagnose any issue....Very bad Experience

This guys will charge you $91/hr evn if the work is not completed they will charge you. they will fool around the place and pass time to be on clock. if they dont have parts they will charge you for driving back and front to warehouse. and guess $91/hr charge is still going on means you paying $91/hr for driving around they billed me $1200 for the 9hrs wasted time on clock and guess the job is not done I called meco they fixed it in 2 hrs. Call MECO OF ATLANTA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have been at SPATCO for 16 years. I have worked at multiple branches and the experience has always been positive. The management has always had the best intentions with all of the technicians in the field. I could not see being with another petroleum company that could compare to my experiences with SPATCO. Absolutely the best company I have worked for by far.

This company doesnt know what theyre doing, would not recommend them to anyone. I called in for a issue between the connection to my pumps and my register (Ive tried ever possible solution that I could think of before, but I wasnt able to fix it so then I called the Spatco technician) because of the thunderstorm that occurred, and this was the only company available to be dispatched at the time. They sent a technician out at 10 am and it looks like he was still in training. He left around 7 because at that point I told him to leave because of no progress being made, also he left site for 4 hours to get the part and still there was no progress when he came back with the part. They made a invoice for about 1,300 dollars and the job wasnt finished so I basically paid him for just roaming around the store. If you ever use this company then just know you have to also pay them when theyre not even on site working. Complete rip off and absolute horrible service. I suggest looking at other companies before you come to this one.
