First time here and well certainly be coming back!! Super friendly staff. Huge shoutout to our groomer Kristen for getting my pup back to looking AMAZING and giving him all the love throughout the appointment. She made sure to consult with me before any final decisions were made and ensured that I felt comfortable. Benito cant wait to see you guys again!!

When we first started taking our Bernedoodle there 5 years ago things started off great, then we got a second bernedoodle and since things have drastically gone downhill. We have our dogs groomed every 4 weeks and are meticulous about their hygiene and care. Our youngest has been shaved twice now in his sanitary area so close that we had to get the vet involved bc it was bleeding and not healing. This last time they shaved his tail down, didnt call us yet shaved his entire tail off giving me two different reasons neither of which holds weight, and on this last time the underside of his right arm was shaved so closely he has a open sore spot and we are having to treat that as well. Do NOT bring your doodle here!!! They have no idea what to do with them. Both of my pups also came home this past trip with severely blood shot eyes and clearly did not have an easy/calm experience.
