Stay away from this place. I saw Dr Imam who is part of LifeStance. I was having side affects from the meds he prescribed and needed to talk to him. I sent 3 messages over a week to the patient portal. No answer from him or his office. Then I tried calling the office. First I was hung up on after being on hold for 20 minutes. Second call, I was transferred to Savannah office who said they couldn't help and transferred me back. Then I waited at least 30 minutes, and was hung up on again.
If you are someone who needs an office or Dr that reachable, this is not the place for you. I cancelled my appointment by sending yet another message to the portal. Now have to hopefully find a Dr and office that is competent and reachable. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
