Virtual Consult MD Psychiatry

Until this month, I've really appreciated the staff at Virtual Consult MD. Unfortunately, I've tried to call, and email the Norcross location several times this week to help with changing my perscription to a different type of medication or transferring my perscription to another pharmacy location. I've received no response to my voicemail or email messages. The doctor is out, but I was told by the scheduling team that I would still be able to call in my perscription request. I am going through withdrawals and will be traveling to see family for Christmas. I understand (and hope) the staff get time off for the holidays, but I wish they let me know ahead of time that I wouldn't be able to reach them so I could have tried to plan around that.

This company is shady and FRAUD ! The manager over this company can never be reached but he will definitely reach out to you when needing something. Id give it 0 stars for the lack of professionalism for employees and patients.
