        "Beware a company with bad standards majority. Their employess are unskilled and overall rude don't know anything about sell & buy your houses. Would never use this service and buy from them house again will not recommend for other buyers or sellers.

        I'm glad I chose them. Communicating with my reverse mortgage lender was really disheartening for me. But with having Ryan and his Team as advocates, I felt that events would turn out fine.         After a move to Florida I wasn't able to keep up a house I had in Conyers, Georgia. I reached out to Ryan at gahouse.com about a quick closing and if they would be interested in buying the house. He and his team immediately responded, made closing very easy, I never had to leave my home in Florida. All paperwork was done email / FedEx and house was closed in a week. They did exactly what they said they would do. These guys are great and I highly recommend them. Ken B
