        My mom got ripped off by this company. They are super unprofessional and sketchy. The project manager promised my mom our roof had enough damages for our insurance to cover some expenses. He also attended the appointment when the adjuster was inspecting. Unfortunately, we got declined by our insurance. So then my mom got an estimate of repairs for $1000 flat. We were never told when the crew was going to show up until the very morning of. It wasnt even a crew that showed up. It was one employee. There is no way one person fixed $1000 worth of repairs.         Very very rude. If they don't understand you cause they are Spanish they don't want to help you. And they also like hanging up on you to if you keep asking questions and if you ask to talk to someone else that can understand you they don't like that they will yell and hang up. And one told me after I got upset with them doing that to me that I was rude and that they are a business and I shouldn't yell at them back... REALLY very professional and business like.......lol
