Im an airbrush artist and use American niagra for pellon and spray adhesive. Im by no means a big customer of theirs. However they always treat me like Ive spent a million dollars. Extremely great customer service. I cant tell you how refreshing that is!!!!

We ordered a fabric gun from American Niagara for approximately $150 which is about three times the price companies charge. We received it straight out of the box it did not work. We called the company and didnt get any answers and how to make it work. I talk to many other Lapidary folks who said that theres worked right out of the box and there shouldnt be anything we need to do. We contacted David Barocas at the company and he said that we should pay to ship it back. ($17)Which of course we refused, so he said he would send a mailing label and would repair it. We didnt want it to be taken apart and repaired because it was brand new so we wanted a new one shipped to us. Then we got an email from him saying our gun had been received and he would send us another one immediately. We waited and waited and had to request a mailing label a second time. When we finally got it in the mail, we returned the fabric gun immediately. When his company received it, he said they made some simple adjustments on it and then it worked fine and that they would return it if we gave a credit card number for shipping. So we already paid once for shipping and for the product and it came to us not in working order, why would a customer pay for shipping to get it back? Six weeks later no working Faber gun and we had to request a refund. This was the worst customer service I received in a long time and I will not buy products from them again. We got the same fabric gun, absently identical, from another company for $49. So save your money
