        We've been using Life Storage for 1-1/2 years without any issues. This week we needed to transfer ownership of our unit and Sonequa Barnes was extremely helpful in doing so. She took time out of her day to patiently go through the process and make sure everything was set-up correctly in the end so that we wouldn't run into any issues. I really appreciate Sonequa going above and beyond her duties in order to help us out. It was something she didn't have to do, but instead chose to do to help customers out, with a smile on her face. It really made our day knowing that someone was there to help us out in what could have been a painful process.
