I went on Sunday to try to change a bag that I bought 3 weeks ago because my daughter did not like it and when we went to make the change, they deducted the money from a voucher with which I paid part of the original purchase! the manager and the cashier, that's the policy because you already used the coupon and I can't apply it again, (was a gif card for $25 they give for purchases more than $100 , on December )I don't understand if they give me the rewards and then take it away, they only do that with the clients, I'm supposedly a gold client . definitely the manager of that store does not know how to treat customers, it hurts because it is a good place, but with those people it is better to buy online

I live nearby, and the convenience of having one place to buy all the various shoes my family needs means I've bought the majority of our shoes here over the years. At least 3 times over the last few months I've shown up during business hours only to find a sign on the door that they are closed. The bigger issue is that shoes seem like they aren't as good quality as other retailers, and they have a lousy return policy. I bought my son some addidas sneakers for Christmas. He wore them to school and back for two days and they've already come apart in a place that makes them unwearable. I tried to exchange them today, and the staff simply said "We don't accept shoes once they've been worn." No apology at all like "I'm sorry ma'am - that's our company policy." Nothing like that. Just a shrug as if to say - "Hey lady you wasted $60 buying garbage from us get over it." I'd love it if they went out of business and we got a Nordstrom Rack in their place. That would make my day.
