        I called to have this company come out and shred documents at our office. I set it up for the following Friday and they were going to call me the day before to let me know what time they would be out. I never received a call. When I called them Friday morning to find out a time I was told that I was not on the schedule. We had moved all of the old documents upstairs to a room closer to the door so that it would be more convenient for them to get to. We now have to find someone else last minute because we cant leave the documents in that room for another week. Completely unprofessional!
