This place is very unprofessional and mismanaged. I visited 2 weeks ago looking to find a personal softball trainer for my daughter who plays 10u fast pitch. I walked in and stood at the counter waiting for anyone to acknowledge me for 15 minutes. Finally a trainer came and I told him that I was interested in beginning private batting lessons for my daughter so he recommended that I talk to a trainer named Lincoln who was located at the end of the facility. I found Lincoln and asked him if he was accepting new clients he told me yes he was accepting new clients and that he charges $120 per hour and wouldnt be able to start until the following Friday due to him traveling. I told him I would call him early in that week to reconfirm that were good for that Friday. Ten days later, I called and left messages, no response, text several times and left a voicemail again asking that as a courtesy if he could just reply and let me know if hes no longer available so that I could reach out to someone who is available at the facility, still no response. If this man knew he had zero intentions of adding a new client he could have easily said so from the start when I was at the facility and I would have gladly met with another trainer at the facility that had an opening instead of intentionally ghosting me. What really pisses me off is that I drove from Augusta just to have my time wasted by this guy. So then I called the TPM main number left a voicemail on 2 different numbers I believe the names on the voicemails were Jessica or maybe Jennifer or both i cant remember, but I never received any call back from anyone. How do you run an organization like this? I assume business is so good they can blow people off, thats the perception i got at least. Terrible terrible experience.

TPM has some of the best instructors around the Georgia area I would highly recommend anyone looking to get your youngster playing better baseball or softball to look them up and request instruction!
