Was cold called by a rep and when asked who my current company I was using I couldn't recall and this is what the rep said "you can't remember who comes into your restaurant every single week?" "is that how you treat your clients".. I kindly informed him I didn't appreciate his attitude and he hung up. Definitely not gaining my business acting like that. Probably a good company, but that rep is hurting your business.

I'm writing this as I sit on hold listening to how great their customer care is. The problem is it's not. I called yesterday because the route driver didn't leave my shop rags or mop heads and was told I would get a call. it's now 11am and I'm back on hold again. It's now 2 pm and still nothing. Reminds me of what people say. If you have to tell others how great you are you probably ain"t.

I have worked with Unifirst in the past and thought I would give them a try again for uniforms. Our sales consultant, Audrey, made the process of uniform start up easy and simple. Unifirst had always been a great company to deal with. Glad I have the opportunity at my current job to work with them again!

Isaiah is our uniform delivery driver, we absolutely LOVE him! Isaiah ALWAYS has a smile on his face when he walks into our office.
