Dan and Karen helped my mother and I with a mortgage loan to move her closer to me. They were very kind and understanding with all the explanations of the process for her. My mom is selling and then purchasing with a bunch of moving part which can be overwhelming for someone that doesn't move often or understands all that is needed.
