The absolute worst dental office experience ever. Tried to send a cancellation to my phone for my appointment 15 minutes prior to appointment time and I was already sitting in the office waiting. Rushed me through because I was the last person before their holiday break. Hastily made a follow-up appointment for me. Arrived for follow-up and was told that they didnt have me on the schedule even though I had the appointment card in hand that they had written. (Also heard another client be told she was not on the schedule when she had made her appointment in person a month prior.) Also tried to say my insurance required a certain procedure in order to proceed when my insurance absolutely did not. One cleaning appointment turned into Aspen trying for threemaybe more appointments before teeth could be cleaned. I did not proceed to the cleaning. The office furniture needs attention, which could be overlooked if the service wasnt such a disgrace. If you can go elsewhere, my advicedo so! Buyer beware!!!!

I am very impressed with this particular branch of Aspen Dental, Dr.Self is very personable.He immediately makes his patients feel comfortable and at ease combined with a professionalism,efficiency and is a very talented dentist.I don't see myself going anywhere else for dental work.Dr.Self and his staff have a way of making a patient feel at ease,explain all procedures and answer any questions asked.I used to feel anxious and nervous in the dental chair but not a bit now that I found DR.Self and the staff at Aspen Dental in Rome ,Ga....The quality of service and dentures ,full and partial are excellent.......Thank youall for bringing my smile back...
