We had a great experience with SYNLawn! Our backyard turf has held up so well. It looks amazing and feels great. I would highly recommend Chris and his team if you are thinking about installing turf!

SynLawn was great to work with! They came out and did a comprehensive review and gave me suggestions on how best to do the project. They then were able to fit us into the schedule when our dogs were being boarded and completed the project as promised. It looks great and our pups love not running in the dirt and mud.

Definitely do not recommend doing business with these guys. When Chris Gordon arrived, he suggested getting someone else to add hardscapes to make it look better. So, he called his guy up, they asked questions, and said he would get back with a quote. When I followed up a week later, he asked whether I talked to the hardscape guy to finalize that side of things. I told him that I didn't want the hardscapes anymore and asked him to provide the quote without it. After several reminders he finally emailed me the quote but he didn't split out the quote as we discussed as I was splitting costs with a neighbor. So, I asked if he could come back out, make a few changes, and split out the work. He never got back to me so I called the main office and asked for another sales guy. Then Chris got back in touch with me and I decided to give him another shot. He said he would come out on Thursday but he didn't show up until Friday. Then I had to beg him a few more times for the quote. Eventually he provided the quote and it was higher per sq ft than the previous quote. I figured after all the trouble (it took 2 months to get a quote!) they would be willing to shave a little off the price to at least bring it down to the same per sq ft charge as the first quote. They said the job had lots of "unknowns" and they couldn't come down on the price at all, and suggested I got with the other vendor who was cheaper. *** Update*** Since SYNLawn commented, I wanted to say that my problem wasn't the price. I was bothered that I had to constantly call them and remind them to quote me and that they didn't listen to my initial request to split the quote out. I was basically begging for their business. Sure, my quote has nothing to do with the quality of their work but rather the service or lack of. And if their service is that awful, I couldn't imagine dealing with them when it comes time to install or address any issues. I went with another vendor and their work quality was excellent.
