This Enterprise did not deliver a great experience. The rate was good, but when I arrived I understood why that was. The fleet, which is a generous word for the number of cars they actually had, was not impressive. My car was not up to my standard for a rental car. When I started driving the car, I noticed the alignment needed to be fixed. I called the office and they said they could replace the car, but only when I received another car and would notify my when that happens. They suggested I call other locations to swap the car, but after the first call they contradicted the suggestion and further suggested I go back to the initial office. I received an email from Jessica M., Area Manager of North Atlanta, and she said in the body of her email, "It is our goal to have everyone leave our stores “completely satisfied” with their rental experience." Great, I thought. I politely replied to her email, but received no response. I called the office a couple times over my 22 day rental period, but they were unable to accommodate me. The two stars is for the price, but nothing more.
