Came in for an interview and accidentally left my $22 starbucks cup in the office. Received a call directly from the doctor to let me know that she had it and to call and let her know when I'd be able to pick it up. before I could pick it up, my aunt died and I had to travel out of state for the funeral. then I had jury duty, and it just seemed that my schedule couldn't line up with the open hours of the office. called today to let them know that I finally had time to come pick it up. Staff acted confused like they had no idea what I was talking about. after telling me they'd call me back after talking to the doctor, they called me back to tell me they'd thrown my cup away because they hadn't heard from me. I find this reprehensible, as I've worked in 2 different chiropractic offices before and they would never have done this. the offices I worked for had more respect for other people's property. They didn't even offer me an apology, much less an apologetic tone, or compensation for a cup that was not meant to be disposable. The receptionist tried to cut the conversation off like they'd done nothing wrong and couldn't be bothered to talk to me, with no acknowledgment of the loss of my property. If I had left a sweater there, they wouldn't have thrown it away! They gave me no courtesy call or email. This is not how the offices I worked before operated, and I'm very glad I didn't get hired here, and wouldn't recommend 100% chiropractic to anyone because of this. However, I can gladly recommend The Joint chain of chiropractors!

Ive been going to this practice for about a year now and thankful for everyone here! I had constant lower back pain that was really interfering with my life. I was living in pain and knew it was time to see a chiropractor. I was not only relieved but also impressed to see how much they cared about their patients. The goal at this location is to get you feeling better! Today I can say that I no longer deal with every day back pain. I dont stress about my body being in constant pain anymore and that was my main goal. I will continue to come here to live a healthy balanced life!
