Early December of last year, ON Services identified the need to bring in an outside IT consultant based on some significant organizational changes, and we are so very glad we chose to partner with CCS. By mid-December, we started to plan for the migration of the entire ON Services Team to a new instance of O365, SharePoint folders, Teams accounts with porting of DID phone lines, new domains, new website hosting basically everything to all new accounts. On the morning of January the 9th, CCS started the migration process and within 48 hours we were 100%. With much or our Team working remotely, their live help desk and ticketing system took care of any issues as they arose and kept us on track. Since then, we have set up an automated on boarding process form for new hires, rolled out many, many new instances of both new and replacement laptops as well as created processes which make us more productive and secure.
