        Some of the staff here really seem to hate their jobs. They open at 10:00 and I called at 10:05 and respectfully attempted to fill a prescription that my doc sent in the night prior. Her response in a very irritated voice: well we just opened at 10:00. Not sure why that response was necessary. The whole call she acted annoyed that I was calling to fill a prescription. She then proceeded to tell me my prescription got sent to a different pharmacy and that I would need to call that pharmacy to get them to release the med before I can get it filled there. I say okay and call the other Kroger, only for that pharmacist to say Oh, normally she should be the one to contact us. She shouldnt have asked you to do that. Its such a mixed bag at this pharmacy. A couple of the staff are super friendly but I am almost kind of sad for this particular representative because she really did seem like she hates her job and her customers with a passion.
