Arabelle Perimeter Apartments

It's nice enough, but units are worn down and not the cleanest (MOLDY APPLIANCES) and the construction was shotty - floor planks are not cut to proper length and maintenance here will not fix them so there are just gaps in the floor boards. The fridge is loud, and maintenance just said that's how it is and nothing to fix it... I have never had a loud fridge before. Everything is just ok, it's not luxury living at all. Neighbors are nice and the leasing office is ok, some people are nice and knowledgeable and some are clueless and terrible at providing critical move-in information. Was not given nearly enough information during move-in, and was not given a walk through/punch sheet, overall it was good and they were nice but they are a disorganized. The leasing office refuses all packages and you cant ship anything directly here, it has to go through Fetch. The elevators being out of service is common. Leasing office is a pain to deal with, the lady up there is worthless. And when the elevators are broken, Fetch just throws your packages in the mailroom. Worst apartment I have lived in. Everything is broken all the time. My key FOB doesnt work for every door and re-programming it is a hassle because the employees dont know how to properly program it. There is no valet trash, yet they say that trash service is an amenity. They have clunky FOBs, old school physical keys to get in and out of your apartment. Using fetch is a pain. The apartment needs to update its amenities. Most places have thin FOBs now, a parking decal to get in and out of the garage - not a clicker on the FOB, get rid of Fetch and use Parcel Pending like any decent apartment complex has. I emailed a list of things broken, and nothing has been fixed or replaced. I would not move in here again, this place charges a premium when all of their services and amenities are not premium at all. The loud fridges drive me nuts.. theyre old and need to have the compressor replaced but the apartment wont replace them since they are not broken Also they are supposed to rekey your apartment from the previous tenant, and I do not believe they did. The keys I received show signs of wear and are not brand new. Update: the AC unit cannot keep my 1 bedroom unit cool enough during the summer. The AC is struggling. There is dog pee through out the parking garage most days and sometime in the elevator or other walking areas. Mail might be the most frustrating part about living here. It is constantly sent back to sender or never arrives. Front office does not take any mail or packages for you. Fetch is a nightmare if you have important documents coming and you don't know if it's coming from FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The mail alone is a reason to stay away. Update: the maintenance people just come in whenever for some random inspection and there is no heads up. They just say they are doing inspections during a 2 week period and come whenever. 100% wont be renewing my lease.
