When water started seeping back into our basement through the septic line, we phoned Roto Rooter for assistance. Javon, one of our technicians, arrived swiftly and got to work fixing the problem. We appreciated his positive outlook and the fact that he took the time to explain our system as he worked. He was here for over two hours, and during that time he cleared out our clogged sewage line, explained the potential problems, located our septic tank, and assured us that we did not need to have it pumped. Before he left, he made sure that the work area was spotless and that the hole in our yard that he dug to access the septic tank was filled in.
