        Ms. Tammy is truly a miracle worker. I had a showing Tuesday, where she explained every part of the lease and answered questions I wouldnt have even thought to ask, then was moved in by Friday. She helped me get approved by suggesting the Guarantors program and she is just a genuine person. The apartment is nice and spacious, and there is multiple amenities conveniently located, not to mention it is in a central area of the city! I look forward to my time being here!

        The fact that I was able to find an affordable apartment in the middle of the city was ideal! Ive been living on the property for a little over a month now and I love every minute of it! Ms. Tammy and Tiffany were amazing! They assisted me through the application process and kept me updated. Even on move in day, everything went smoothly! The only thing that was a minor issue was that after I moved-in, I noticed that I wasn't given my mailbox key. Other than that, I highly recommend if youre looking for a budget friendly apartment thats in the middle of the all the action, I recommend the Spoke in Savannah!

        Be careful not to get scammed by this place. I was supposed to move last March and after horrible communication and multiple construction delays had to find a new place to live. Around August I started getting collection notices about the "unpaid" application and admin fees (which had been paid) It took weeks of trying to get Tammy to answer phone calls and emails to get her to fix this and remove it from collections. She finally did and sent me a notice of a refund. It never happened and honestly wasn't worth dealing with her more to follow up on. I forgot about it until about a month ago when I was contacted and said there was a refund check for me at the office and I could come pick it up. Was told the next day the check was void and needed to be reissued. I tried to follow up and have since been ghosted. It's been reported to the better business bureau, but it doesn't look like they care to respond to the BBB either.
