I did some shopping before choosing the Lerch law firm. I spoke with 3 reputable firms, I decided to hire The lerch Law firm because of Gage Montgomery He is very knowledgable when it came to law and court procedures and his fee was fairly priced, so it was a no-brianer decision for me. He kept me informer and updated through the entire process. We put together a game plan an he excuted it beautifully. My case never went to trial and I got the results I wanted. Was helpful and optimistic about the case when I told my story and sent in the evidence. The reason I'm withholding 1 star is because on the final day she was pessimistic about winning the case and seemed to want me to push the case back even more when we could of concluded that case that day by waiting an hour for the officer to show up and testify (which we did). The case was so easy to prove I was wrongfully arrested it was dismissed based solely on the police report in recorders court.There was every reason to have confidence in winning that case. Other than that I had no issues. Just would of preferred more confidence is all.
