        The dental assistant was very thorough and explained everything well. Front end staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Howard, however, rushed through explaining next steps and options and seemed distracted. He mentioned that something needed to be done about a certain tooth, but I didnt know that that something was a $400 crown until I got to the payment desk. Overall decent service.

        I had a cap fall out, called about 15 dentist in the area trying to find one that took my insurance. I was told they did. Booked an appointment for Tuesday March 12th @ 1230, 6 days before I get a call day of saying they actually do not take my insurance and they would not be able to see me. I understand this is not something they can fix per se. But i wouldve appreciated this is he handled sooner to my appointment since i had given all my info on the initial call. Now i will be back to making more phone calls- missing a molar for who knows how much longer when i was counting on this to be fixed today.
