Highly recommend coming here to check out some beautiful scented bath bombs/ soaps/lotions!! The ingredients used in the bath bombs are good for your skin, Cocoa Butter. Owners are friendly and helpful. Just go take a look and fill a bucket, you wont be disappointed + plus you may even meet 2 cute furry friends there! Will be back when Im back in GA.

I had the worse experience at this place. They seem to not be interested in people of color in their establishment. They dont speak but they stare, like youre going to steal. Go to the other soap stores in the downtown area.

Stood in rain for 45 minutes waiting for someone to open up at lunch time. No note on door, nothing. Never came back. Made a special trip while on vacation. Will never be back.

I recently ran across this shop for the first time when I visited Savannah for a birthday vacation. The shop is cute, the products were great, and the owners seemed very nice. If you stop by PLEASE take the time to interact with the pups that hang out inside the shop. I liked the product so much and was happy to find out they take online orders and provide shipping. But, this is where my experience goes bad. I placed the order on a Saturday and I knew that since this was a smaller shop it would probably take a few extra days to ship. It was also over a holiday weekend. About 5 days pass and the order is still pending, so I decide to email the Soapery email address that is listed on the site. I asked what the normal shipping time frames look like, since I wanted to purchase more in the future, and wanted to get an idea of how much longer my current order would take. A day passes and there is no response. So I send the same email again just to push it on their radar. The weekend goes by and we are at Monday now and I still don't hear anything from the business, and my order is still pending. A full week and a few days with no updates or responses so far. Not a big deal about the order still processing, but not knowing how long it could still take and not getting a response to multiple email attempts is disappointing. Not sure if they check their emails that often, but so far it's been 4 days since I first tried contacting them. Its a shame with the online ordering process since the actual products and the shop were great! This might be a place that is best only if you are in the area and can visit in person. I doubt that I would place another order again with how this process has gone, which really bums me out. I will wait to see what happens with my order that is still pending! ***After posting review One of the owners, Tracy, called to let me know about my order. She mentioned my emails were going to their business emails spam box, which happens and is totally not their fault. She went above to try and fix the issues for me and even gave me a call to let me know what she would be doing. She mentioned my order had some back-end issues with their shipping queue and she was going to get it taken care of personally, and normally orders should ship within 2 - 3 business days. After 2 days I got a notification my order was on the way and it finally got here today! So excited to try everything, and of course the products look and smell amazing. So happy to know the issues were just a temporary hiccup, because I will definitely be ordering more from The Soapery in the future!

I wanted to let you know I visited your store for the first time on Friday April 14 and it is so cute! It was also my first time to Savannah as well. We were there for a cheer competition. We loved looking around and smelling everything. I wanted to also tell you how much we enjoyed talking with Kayla. She is most kind and sweetest person. She talked about all of the soaps and lotions, where she was from, where we are from, and things about the area. I could've hung out with her and my 10 yr old daughter talked about her when we left. If we ever go back I'll be sure to stop by your store again! Kayla is a keeper!!
