My experience has truly been a blessing. My personal trainer Lisa O, is THE BEST! She focuses on your needs and she creates workouts that are motivating and rewarding. I went on a pilgrimage to Israel and was able to hike mountains and climb the steep hills with ease after my trainings with Lisa. I have more energy, and she also provided some helpful nutrition advice for meals and snacking. Lisa O. is THE BEST!

I had a personal training session with Lisa O, it was a stellar workout experience. Lisa is a great trainer and coach, she provided many excellent tips throughput my session making corrections to my form all while pushing me to go further with my fitness.

Received a 90 minute massage with Bethany and it was great. The gym happened to be empty so I was the only guest in the building. Bethany had great technique and conversation. The 90 minutes was over before I knew it. Prices for massages here are very affordable compared to surrounding places. If an appointment is made, tell her Drew recommended you!
