Very poor communication from Anna Walton, showings repeatedly canceled with little notice. Finally after a week got another appointment only to be canceled an hour before due to being rented. Really?!

Rendezvous Property Management is best in class on Tybee Island! We stayed at a lovely property of theirs between Christmas & New Years and they were great from start to finish despite it being the holiday season. Clear communication throughout, excellent house near the beach that was squeaky clean & well appointed. All the necessary kitchen items + a few extra you wouldnt expect. (Tip of the hat for proving a cooking thermometer!) Even the bedding was great. My mother, who was staying with us, messaged me & asked to see what brand the sheets were because they were so soft! They even had all the beach equipment, chairs, kids toys, etc, you would need to enjoy the beach only a short walk away. They also provide a golf cart rental service, so all in one location we were able to book our stay & reserve a golf cart that was waiting for us when we arrived, fully charged & ready to go. Cant say enough good things about Rendezvous Properties. Book with confidence with this company!

Excellent service. A lifesaver for us, trying to lease a property half remotely. Anna was very responsive and made us feel like we were her only clients. Fabulous property!
