This store has been known as notoriously bad in my friend group. The wait times are high, the prices are high, the food quality has gone down, and there are only starches for sides.
Today I ordered 3 combos, I only received 2. I didn't realize that the order was incorrect and I called the store for a refund. They refused a refund unless I brought my receipt and all my food back to the store.
I'll never be back. Taco bell next door is faster, cleaner, and cheaper. The other KFC in Ashley park is much better too.

I just went here and I absolutely love their green beans but I just bought these I tried to call up there to a manager but no answer over the phone what is this they are completely inedible

I cannot give this place even 1 star in good conscience. Myself who is 63 and my 83 year old mother went into the store just to get a bucket of original receipe chicken. The drive thru lady ask me how many pieces. Well how many does it take to fill a "KFC BUCKET". So I told her sixteen so we could have several meals. My elderly mother want okra which I was told they did have and was told I had to pick 4 sides. I wanted a bucket and not 4 sides and a bucket.
So I just accepted it for $46 dollars which is "NUTS." Again I accepted it and went to the window and was rang up then I was told they did not have 4 of the 8 biscuits. I asked her how long it would be as was told 13 minutes. She was trying to force me to accept the large size of something I did not want and I told her to refund the biscuits. I was told she could not credit it and I asked for a full refund on everything.
I am currently working at another restaurant business and after 4pm is considered rush. At 5:10pm which is considered RUSH HOUR for food and they only had 4 biscuits for the multiple people to come in or go through the drive thru. I think I did get the refund if it credits but would rather had the food. I also do not like having to write this review because of the bad way we as elderly people were treated.
