Lennar at Twelve Parks

Stay away from Lennar Mortgage. The interest rate they advertise will not be for the house you choose, it doesn't matter which house you pick. The loan officer lies directly to your face several times just so you will sign a contract and put down some earnest money. Once he gets that you won't hear from him again. Learn from my mistake, if you want to buy a house from Lennar bring your own lender and don't fall for all the tricks, lies, and gimmicks they say they offer.

We are not happy with lennar. The builders made a hole on the drainage pipe where the "Sewer smell" eminated from. The electrician accidentally drilled a hole into the pipe, leading to a sewer smell into the house. This hole was marked but it was never fixed. We understand mistakes happen. But when this was noted, they should FIX it since they are the BUILDERS and did not build right. The tenants survived two years with the sewer smell. After multiple plumber visits and multiple holes through the wall to find the source of this atrocious smell, many paid by the owner since lennar refuses to take care of "sewer smell" we finally found the issue with a photo to prove that the builders made a mistake. Even so, they refused to pay for the damage done and just fixed the hole on the wall/cabinet. It is poorly built, and they don't take responsibility for the mistakes they made. We regret purchasing properties made by lennar and we will not recommend this builder. This does not refer to THIS particular community, but beware future buyers for lennar company.
