        My wife and I were very happy with our visit. Our sales person showed us the product without pressure and gave us royal treatment. We tried everything and came away with what we felt would suit us best!

        I bought my bed in 2014 from the PTC store and Ive had a great experience with my bed until recently. I always had a mattress cover on the bed but a few days ago I took it off to wash it and air out the mattress topper and I noticed the topper had a big yellow stain, it is literally disintegrating and the top is pilling. I cannot believe this is normal because the other side is fine. I have not spilled anything on my bed and there were no stains on the mattress cover. I called customer support and all they did was give me the cost of a new topper which costs over $300. Sleep Number stand by your product and replace this topper because this is not normal. Photos show the topper that is disintegrating and the other side.

      We think it's important for all of our customers to know the terms of our limited warranty, and we post it online and in-store. While defects in our beds are rare, the ones that occur are often found and reported at the start of ownership, which we fully cover any replacements due to defects during this period. After this is the prorated portion of our limited warranty, where we're still covering a portion of the cost for your replacement, but no longer the full 100%.sleepnumber.com/warranty
