        They were great until they relocated and never called to arrange for reimbursment. They notified me that they were closing on my last session and assured me they would call my aunt (who was footing the bill) to pay back the difference and they never did. Now we're trying to get a hold of them and they are frustratingly hard to reach...

        2 of my appts were cancelled on same day less than 30 mins before the appts. 1 today the gal is running late with no notice. They charge 150.00 for any unmet appts but can mess up our schedule anytime!! Terrible, unorganized. Good thing they are closing.

Though we hope to avoid rescheduling patient appointments, sometimes an unforeseen need in an earlier appointment pushes us behind schedule. In these instances, we feel it is better to reschedule a patient in order to provide them with a full and complete visit. We hope for an opportunity to make this right.
