        We've worked closely with Sam and Anisha during the process of buying our home. From the start they have been incredibly helpful. When we reached out to Sam initially, we were just looking for information on how to prepare ourselves for buying a house within the next six months to a year. Sam walked us through our options and gave us recommendations on working on our credit and preparing ourselves with no guarantee that we would return to them once we were ready. When we were ready, he didn't miss a beat. He has been *very* communicative. He's answered every question we've had very quickly and has sent weekly updates that included a video of him outlining information in detail (which I loved). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam and Anisha to anyone who is thinking about buying a house!
