    Tom and Ronelle were awesome, I was with American Family for about 10 years and their rates just keep increasing so I decided to search around and glad I did because I was able to save a couple thousand with my homeowners and 3 autos...and a teenage driver.

    One of your employees Renell Hart gave me a quote with intellidrive included without telling me. I found out by noticing my policy went up $50. And it's not even about the amount, the fact that she omitted pertinent information is where shes at fault. Then when i called to inquire she stated "I quote everyone with intellidrive". I responded with, well can i have the choice of accepting intellidrive? And of course she had no response accpet for ill have my manager call you back. This is a classic example of bait and switch in every shape.form and fashion. So is this common practice for your employees to say whatever it takes to get the sale? Do all your employess lie to get the sale? This is very unethical practicing. And to think, i kept getting emails about having my rate reduced. When i called and inquired about it, noone ever returned my call. If I had the time, id take her to court for that $50 increase no matter how much the attorney fees cost. YOU HAVE TO TELL THE CUSTOMER WHAT THIER PAYING FOR!!!!!!! OMMITTING INFORMATION IS LYING!!!!!

Reginald, thank you for sharing your concerns regarding the addition of IntelliDrive to your policy. We take customer feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address your comments.We apologize for any confusion regarding the inclusion of IntelliDrive. However, we would like to clarify that notifications about the IntelliDrive addition were communicated to you through text messages, US Mail, and emails directly from Travelers. It is our standard practice to ensure clients are informed of any changes to their policy terms. In your specific case, we contacted Travelers and verified that you were notified directly from them and you still had a choice of declining the Intellidrive which would have put you back to the normal rate. In our records, it is indicated that the information about IntelliDrive was included in the policy documents provided to you. Even if you were not verbally told, immediately after binding your policy, you received a text message prompting you to download the app. If you had concerns, they should have been made then. Additionally, Intellidrive is a participation program with a 45-day free look period while taking advantage of a 15% discount. It is not a disadvantage to the client unless the client ignores all of the communication sent to them directly from Travelers. You decided to ignore all of the communication, so you do not qualify to take advantage of the discount, that is the reason that it was removed. Sincerely, Customized Insurance Brokers
