I have purchased hair from Kim on several occasions. The process was very smooth, and she was very punctual with sending out the hair. It usually comes in 2-5 days. Once receiving the hair, it feels very smooth, bouncy, and of good quality. Kim was very professional through each process, and I will definitely purchase again!!!

Ive purchased hair from here a few times because of the good quality. My issue is that every time I order hair online it takes forever to receive or even get updates on what, when, where. I cant emphasize enough how frustrating this is. I can order hair two weeks prior to my hair appointment and still wont have it on time. Ive tried communicating with Kim and I keep getting Ill check on it when I get to the office. Here we are days later and theres been no progress and now Im not even getting a response. Dont tell me itll be 3-5 business days for processing when its clearly AT LEAST 10-15 business days. I wouldve expected better customer service than what Ive received but clearly youre mixing personal issues with business. Its actually pathetic but everybodys different. Just like you have plenty of other clients, theres plenty of other stylists who sell quality hair. Word of advice for anyone else, dont prepay for anything with her. This is not my first time experiencing this with her and I can promise you that. Its a inconvenience and lack of courtesy. & when it comes to my money I dont have to be nice. Update: Hair ordered on May 22nd. Today is June 20th I have no hair which is fine because I requested a refund approximately two weeks ago AND STILL HAVENT received that although Kim specifically stated that issuing a refund has never been an issue. Are you scamming for $133?
