Really nice establishment, a little outdated because they have carpet, but overall, they are worth looking into if you want to be by a college or enjoy the warner robins area.

I looked at several apartments in the Warner Robbins area and nobody was more helpful to me than Scarlett and Joyce. They went out of their way to show me apartments and find a place where I would be most comfortable. They were both kind, courteous and friendly, and they are the reason why I chose Chatham Park.

First and foremost, hands down the best apartment living experience Ive ever had and heard about. The front office is very attentive and helpful and they care and pay attention to everything you could think of. They are absolutely amazing. Chatham Parke is very clean, quiet, and it feels like home. Ive lived here for two years and not one moment have I regretted living here. The floor plans are very spacious and put together perfectly. This is the closest you will come to apartment living that feels like youre in a house. Maintenance is on top of their game and within the two years living here, Ive only had one maintenance repair that was needed and it was fixed the same day. Id give more than 5 stars if I could, but thank you Chatham Parke.

I lived in Chatham Parke from September 2022 to September 2023 and I can say that it was one of the best places I've lived. It was such a clean, safe, well kept apartment complex. The ladies in charge are so kind, helpful, and very respectful. The pool was a great spot during the summer with such a great atmosphere, clean, and plenty of space. The gym is where I spent half of my time. Not a lot of gym equipment but it definitely gets the job done. I was probably only one of about 8 other people that actively used it so I almost never ran into anyone else so it has a very private feel to it which is really nice when you're trying to focus and get a good workout in. I also enjoyed walking around the apartment complex. There's a nice little trail to the left of the pool that takes you by a man-made lake where you encounter plenty of ducks with an occasional deer off to the left. For a second, all the noise around you disappears and there's a beautiful nature vibe to it. At night it's lots of fun because you encounter all kinds of frogs croaking it up by the lake. If you love nature, I definitely recommend walking on this trail. Apart from that, the moving process is very easy and staff are more than willing to help you in any way possible. I moved back to my home state of Texas and I would be lying if I said I don't think about Georgia, and one of the main reasons is because of Chatham Parke. It's so convenient. You have a Kroger literally down the road, one minute away with lots of restaurant choices nearby. I enjoyed getting Chinese food from Yami Yami, the Mexican food from Margaritas, the movie theater Houston Lakes Cinema was always fun on the weekends (I'm a big movie guy), and there's just a calming feel from this side of Warner Robins. I come from the Houston area in Texas so it was a BIG change, but parts of this place really made me feel at home. You cannot go wrong by choosing Chatham Parke, and I guarantee you will have a lovely experience as I did.
